About the show


Tomorrow Morning is a British-born off-Broadway musical that has now played on four continents and has so far been translated into five languages for numerous productions around the world. The show originated in the UK in 2006 in the original production at the New End Theatre in London. This production starred Emma Williams, Annette McLaughlin, Alistair Robins and Stephen Ashfield, was directed by Nick Winston and produced by Hilary A. Williams, designed by Phil Witcomb with lighting by David Holms and music direction by Matt Brind.


Since then the show has played around the globe, most notably in New York (2011) where the show garnered several Best Musical award nominations including an Outer Critics' Circle Award nomination for Best New Off-Broadway Musical.


Other notable productions are Chicago (2008) where the show won two prestigious Jeff (Joseph Jefferson) Awards, for Best Musical and Best Artistic Specialisation. The show at the Greenhouse Theater Center starred Jonathan Rayson, Charissa Armon, Emily Thompson and Michael Mahler. Also in Germany, Austria, the UK, cities in the USA. In recent years the show has been seen in Germany, Portugal, Vienna and in the USA.


The show has headed east too, playing in Melbourne in both 2009 and 2010, a sell-out run in Tokyo and a long season in Seoul in 2013 plus other productions in London and the USA.


Tomorrow Morning is an hilarious and moving show that appeals to different generations - to anyone who has ever been in a relationship, to have had one end when they thought it would last forever, and for anyone who has ever contemplated sharing their life with someone else.
